Look out for our white Toyota Quantum bus, clearly marked with "Airport Inn B&B and Emerald Guesthouse" on the side of the vehicle.

Free Shuttle Service Schedule:

We provide a Free Shuttle Service at scheduled times to and from Or Tambo International Airport, we pick up and drop off from the bus terminal area behind the Intercontinental Hotel, where all the hotels collect their guests.

Extended Shuttle Service

(additional charge of R 100.00)

This service is available from 23:00 PM to 04:00 AM for an additional fee of R100.00. Pre-arrangements are required. For the extended shuttle service, please give us a call once you have collected your luggage and you are heading to the bus terminal, we will send the driver right away to pick you up from the bus terminal area.

How to get to the Bus Terminal

International Arrivals Terminal A

Once you have landed at OR Tambo International Airport and completed customs and luggage collection, follow these steps to find our shuttle: 

  • Exit the Airport: Go through the main doors to the street at Terminal A. 
  • Walk Across the Civilian Crossing: Proceed straight ahead. (You will see the following: On the Left Side: Car rental offices; On the Right Side: Intercontinental Hotel.)
  • Continue Walking Straight: You will enter the bus terminal, a large room with glass windows and stainless-steel seats. Outside, you will see shuttles and buses moving in and out. 
  • Across the Road: You will see the City Lodge Hotel.

Domestic Arrivals Terminal B

Once you have landed at OR Tambo International Airport and completed luggage collection, follow these steps to find our shuttle:

  • Walk straight down to the International Arrivals Hall terminal A. 
  • Exit the Airport: Go through the main doors to the street at Terminal A. 
  • Walk Across the Civilian Crossing: Proceed straight ahead. (You will see the following: On the Left Side: Car rental offices; On the Right Side: Intercontinental Hotel.)
  • Continue Walking Straight: You will enter the bus terminal, a large room with glass windows and stainless-steel seats. Outside, you will see shuttles and buses moving in and out. 
  • Across the Road: You will see the City Lodge Hotel.
